Washed Ashore Jewelry is currently accepting major credit card payments through PayPal. You do not need to have an account with PayPal to make a purchase. Your credit card is charged through PayPal’s payment gateway, making it a secured transaction. We are also accepting money orders and personal checks (personal checks will need to clear before shipment is made). Any returned checks will be charged a $25.00 service fee. Also, the pieces that are show on our website are the exact pieces that will be shipped to you. They are one of a kind and I never produce a duplicate.

Returns

I love my jewelry and I hope you love it too. If for some reason you are not 100 percent satisfied, your piece can be returned within 14 days of purchase in good form. I will not accept any broken or cracked pieces of beach glass that occurred after the purchase. Craftsmanship is guaranteed for 180 days from the date of purchase. If something needs to be repaired due to craftsmanship, I will do so at no cost to you. All returns must be accompanied by the original invoice with an explanation for return. I highly suggest packaging in a secured and insured method of shipment as I will not be responsible for any lost or damaged packages.
